2023 marked 30 years since Chris Shepherd established our practice in Chatswood. Simon Shepherd joined the family practice in 2009, having previously worked in financial markets in numerous cities including Tokyo, New York and London.

Virtual Client Service Officer

Ali Shepherd

Ali serves as our Client Service Manager. Ali has 20 years’ experience in the legal industry and brings onboard a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of client relations, strategic administrative services, document automation and research. Ali is passionate about the contribution an individual can make to a team and the value in sharing knowledge to empower others.

Ali’s motto in life is to always be curious; in the words of Albert Einstein, “The important thing is to not stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing."

Client Service Officer

Alexandra Popovic

Alexandra is the newest addition to the Providence team and brings 30 years of experience in office support, management and business administration. She has a solid background in executive and personal assistance, as well as sales with a clear understanding of both traditional and digital marketing across diverse industries.

In her leisure time she enjoys travelling, reading and enjoying nature walks with family and friends on the Northern Beaches of Sydney where she resides. A mantra close to her heart is “Carpe Diem” (Seize The Day).

Alex always maintains a client-centric approach and is excited to be our Client Service Officer, currently available on Thursdays and Fridays.
